  • Bulk: Small size products vended in large quantities.
  • Cap/lid: Machine Lid
  • Capsule: A vendible product container ususally round or square made of plastic the cube contains the product.
  • Coin-op: Coin Operated device
  • Commission: Rental space for the machine.
  • Keyed alike: Machines using the exact same type of key.
  • Operator: The company that provides a vending service/product to the retail customer.
  • Panel: Usually a side, or back section of a machine that is removable for servicing the machine.
  • Pie Wheel: Wheel accompanied by a brush that aids in vending bulk products.
  • Product: Refers to the vended item from the machine. 
  • Retro: Relating to, reviving, or being the styles and especially the fashions of the past : fashionably nostalgic.
  • Slip-Clutch: A mechanism that is able to turn with no coin, but won't dispense the product and will not break.
  • Slugs: Any disk shaped object that is used to substitute money. 
  • Vendible: Product or service that is dispensed from a machine.
  • Vend/Vending: A method of selling by way of using a coin operated machine.
  • Mech: Abbreviation for Coin Mechanism.
